I was diagnosed with stage 3 Hodgkin's Lymphoma in June 2025. Of course hearing cancer scares anyone. However, after Dr Gandhi was done explaining to me that this cancer is 90% curable and started doing rapid testing, my chemo started in July 2025. During the time of my treatment and visits to the office the staff is very friendly and comforting. Dr Gandhi is very professional and very empathetic and I felt very confident under his care. The receptionist that answered the phone was very rude!
The whole office is kind, welcoming, and put me right at ease. They were always so positive and answered all of my questions when I was worried. They were a bright spot on my cancer journey!
My recent communication with the person responsible for treatments was severely impacted by the rude and dismissive demeanor of the woman I spoke with. She appeared completely uninterested in addressing my concerns and only contacted me to request payment in a highly unprofessional manner.
