However, this experience was disappointing, especially because the interaction was with the owner. Your posted hours state that you are open until 5:30 PM. I called ahead to confirm that you were still open and mentioned that I would arrive around 5:00 PM. People are here all very nice and professional. Have so many good products to have and choices to customize. Prices are much lower with good quality, I'm glad to find this company.
VERY RUDE people here, they act like they hate their lives when they talk to customers.
