Chin build and started the Pagoda Restaurant in Portland, Oregon. His wife, Frances Chin, agreed to work as a hostess without pay, so that Leland could meet all his obligations. People are here all very nice and professional. Have so many good products to have and choices to customize. Prices are much lower with good quality, I'm glad to find this company.
