This dealership is honestly the best I’ve ever been to. Everyone there was so polite, respectful, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain everything and made the whole process so much easier to understand. I truly appreciated how well they treated me. 10/10 experience!
Don’t mistake the one start as an actual star… doesn’t let me choose zero stars. While at the DMV, I witnessed a Chino Auto Sales representative, named Ruth Being beyond disrespectful. Talk about entitlement! No sense of professionalism nor courtesy! If this is how she acted at the DMV what makes you think how this dealership is?!?!?!
