Was there for a 21st birthday party. We ate at the all you can eat restaurant. Was really pricey at $28, staff was super rude and not accommodating. Staff member cleaning tables told people to move out of his way. Manager was not helpful at all. Would not let family members sit at table next to us and gave it to someone else. RecommendedHad dinner at the buffet Beverly our waitress was delightful! The staff was patient and kind when they to remind twice about wearing my mask. I think is important to remember that this is new way of being for us all and we have be supportive of one another and keep working together and beat Covid maintain our freedoms and really be world leaders to peace & love in this and the world's to come. we've got this!.
Last night was probably the last night we’ll be going to Chinook Winds. I’m not one to make bad reviews but this time it got to me in a little bit of a different way. We had asked several time what the latest time to eat at the buffet was and we were told to be there by 9:30 pm. We showed up by 9:30 there were 8 of us including three children. long time customer, very disappointed today
I come here regularly not for myself, but for a person with developmental disabilities that I support for work. Normally, the staff there are great, and very kind to us. I had a problem with an employee for the first time, after several visits, today. Katherine, who works in the downstairs food cafe, was very rude, and treated us like children when I asked for some pop (wasn't sure if we had general access - covid). It was very inappropriate.
