Crooks don't do business with Justin the owner! He is a crook. I could have done a better roofing job. Acts like he want to be your best friend then robs you blind. Leaves you with horrible work. He's ripped off plenty of others.
Do not use these guys! I gave them insurrance money a year ago, and they keep dodging my calls, with no intention of doing my roof! I’m super disappointed in this company! I understand you go through hard times, but you need to have some integrity and if you say you’re going to do somebody’s roof, and they give you money for it, you should do that! I am calling this company a fraudulent company until you do my roof!
Roof is awesome! I thoroughly love it! Thank you Malcolm for your business prowess and integrity! We ran into a few bumps on the job but you had my back and followed through. Every job has its ups and downs, any person who knows anything about roofing and construction, in general, knows this. Your communications with me as things were getting resolved were impeccable and reassuring. I would recommend Chinook Roofing with Malcolm at my six.
Update... They didn't pay their supplier and now, 2 months after paying in full, I have a lien against my home for over $15,000. They are not answering texts or calls. Original thoughts...The roof looks great!
Warning! I just got a $15,000 lien against my home because my roofing company Chinook Custom Restorations & Solar didn't pay their materials supplier bill. AKA Chinook Roofing & Restorations. I really trusted them! Maybe they will come through for me?
