My Grandma was there and passed away now. I’m so thankful she was in such good care, the staff were amazing and really worked together as a team and were so helpful! They have a great activities program that keeps them very involved and adapts to each patients needs! Meals were great and delivered on time, friendly staff, clean facilities, and admin was a pleasure to work with and has a phenomenal listening ear to what your concerns are about your loved one! 5 stars for us!!
We have had a member of our family at Chinook Place Memory Care for the past year and a half. We are very happy with this business and would recommend this care facility. The staff are caring, personal, and go above and beyond to make our family member comfortable and keep her healthy.She is well cared for. The most amazing humans work here as angels caring for your loved ones! My Father-in-law was in the memory care from May-Dec 2024. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and high level of care. These care providers treat their residents with respect, and love them like their own family! They walked beside us, with the help of hospice, through a decline and journey to the other side, which took days. I can't say enough about the staff at Chinook Place, they go above and beyond! My 85-year-old dad, with Alzheimer's, has been there for a year and a half. At first, he was scared, going from independent living to assisted living, but within a month he was asking me how long he would get to live there, I told him as long as he wanted, and he said good, "I love it here". The staff takes great care of him, I live 3 hours away, and knowing how well they care for him gives me peace of mind. Thank you Chinook Place!
In May of this year, we had my Father-in-law accepted into the memory care at Chinook Place. It has been nothing but pleasant. Everyone he encounters has been kind, thoughtful, and caring. He loves the activities, the food, and has settled in nicely. The great management and staff are always so friendly and helpful. His wife could no longer care for him at home, and we are so thankful to have this amazing facility in Madras. I would recommend to anyone looking to have their loved one cared for there.
