Manager is rude to customers and the drivers that get paid crap to deliver for them. I was a contractor through Medzoomer, had an accident with my phone, and instead of waiting for my insured replacement a day later and missing a shift, and people not getting their meds, I spent an hour and a half buying an activating a cheap phone just for that shift. Unfortunately, my experience here was extremely frustrating. Most staff were pleasant, but my interaction with the lead pharmacist was unprofessional and dismissive. I later learned from another pharmacy that my compounded medication appeared to be improperly prepared, which raised concerns. When I attempted to address this, I felt gaslit and that my concerns were not taken seriously. She offered a refund if we returned it and she later rescinded that. Can''t say enough about this company and its employees, They are super responsive, extremely knowledgable and professional, and I would recommend without hesitation. Not sure what's in their secret sauce, but they have nailed it regarding running a smooth, reliable, and KIND business. It's a joy to be one of their lucky customers!
Lifesaver. Didn't realize compounding was a dying breed. I am post partum and was becoming stressed calling around to find a pharmacy that could accommodate when Chinook was recommended to me by someone at a big chain store. Everything from transferring my rx, communicating the price, filling, to delivery was a breeze. I literally cried happy tears on the phone with the employee I was speaking with because I was so thankful. Definitely a patient for life. Thank you!
