I just had a minor skin surgery today at Chinook Medical Clinic performed by our family physician Dr Merhdad Emadi and I was very pleased by his compassion , professionalism and extra care . I have been a patient at Chinook Medical for years. I love the quality of service given by the entire staff at the clinic. The front desk staff are always welcoming, even when they are busy doing something or on the phone, they still find a way to greet you & acknowledge your prescence. The MOA's & nurses are awesome & if you are a regular patient they remember you. If you are really feeling unwell or stressed they always try to comfort you as best they can. I went to this clinic for an emergency. After waiting in the ER for 11 hours. I needed stitches badly. Dr Akeem. Was exceptional. Also have to mention the staff we're also Beyond exceptional. Thank you Dr Akeem and staff
My family doctor is here, and the staff is exceptionally great and very time oriented, v never had to wait for an over extended time for my appointment to see my doctor, it’s always been on time . Great and friendly staff. Two thumbs up .
