I highly recommend Dr. Charchuk for all your dental needs, great service! I have had a fear of going to the dentist because I’ve had some issues with my teeth. I don’t like needles. Absolutely the best team. They took so much care of me and so many of my friends and family.
I used to be a long-term patient of Dr. Wacko's, and upon his retirement, I was referred to Dr. Charchuk. While my only visit to Dr. Charchuk's dental office was all right, I was unpleasantly surprised about never receiving a follow-up phone call in regards to a new appointment for check-up and cleaning. This neglect was the main reason for me to find myself a new dental office in my community, and that was one of the best decisions I have ever made in regards to my dental care.
I can’t express enough just how amazing everyone at this office are! I have a huge phobia of the dentist and was treated with kindness, compassion and respect right from the first phone call to book a consultation. Dr Charchuk and his entire team made my experience fearless. The work done is incredible and was very affordable. Hands down the best dentist and team in town!!! Thank you Dr Charchuk and all your staff for being so incredible!!!
Have not been to them for over a year. My card on file was randomly charged. Due to one of my family members that visited recently. Contacted them multiple times through email and called them but they refuse to explain or reply back to me on why my card was charged, despite not getting any treatment from them.
