Horrible service and they charge very unreasonable For one visit they send me invoice for $500 and that too the issue was not resolved Very unfair not to explain the charges prior to taking the call Just send the invoice with unjustified labour charge and expect customer to pay ! Really 😳

We initially had a difference of opinion but chinook acted quite reasonably and we resolved the matter amicably. After the experience I would use them again if required.
