Expectation vs reality
placed order Friday early and not received it and its Monday now, They take 5-8 days to refund the money once canceled because they could not honor the web site advertised same day delivery and I asked for next day. Do your self's a favor find a better company to go to for all your needs. they are big on false advertising
Completely dropped the ball on Mother's Day flowers. Sold a product they didn't have. Didn't deliver anything. No apology. No remorse. Absolute clowns.
Actual flowers look nothing like the picture on the website. Now I’m regretting tipping them.
VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS SAD LOOKING BOUQUET OF FLOWERS!!! FALSE ADVERTISING!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!! I didn't expect the arrangement to look identical to the one on the website, however it wasn't even close to the one advertised!
