Terrible florist- do not order flowers from them. They do not answer their phone or deliver on time. Extremely disappointing
If only I could give zero stars! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered beautiful flowers online, it took days to deliver them, which I gave them plenty of notice and completely not what I ordered turned up!! No notifications or replies back on multiple emails. 3 months and nothing, I don’t even know if I got the same value I paid for
I can’t even describe how unprofessional this store is. STAY AWAY! Ordered flowers for my daughter. Nothing received. They would have kept the money if I hadn’t called. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Spent $150 on arrangement specifically because it had hydranias. This flower had a deep meanimg to my friend and hee husband who just past away tjis week. This florist simply made the decision without consulting me, to replace rhe hydrainias with another flower. dont know the name but rhe center stains, dont like.Poor customer service to take it upon themselvea to make decisions with my $. Not impressed at all. I dont care that the replacements were of equal vale, the sentiment was COMPLETELY lost.
I am waiting for this business to return my call. Will update this review if I am satisfied. Ordered a specific bouquet from a photo on their website of roses and daisy’s. Was delivered a day late, and is a completely different bouquet than the one I ordered.the bouquet she got was roses (2 different colours) and baby’s breath. Not even arranged properly. Came in vase, looks like the flowers were just thrown in. Paid over $100 for something I could buy at a gas station and arrange better myself.
