We came in today just browsing for a vehicle, we were greeted by a gentleman named James, he was very professional and helpful with our search. However we didn’t end up leaving with anything but if you’re looking for a vehicle I would recommend this place due to the great customer service we received!

I've had a bad experience at Chinook Auto over the last few weeks. I went there to get a car. The car salesman (Brian) showed me a car, I liked it and told him I was interested. I paid a REFUNDABLE deposit to get the car off the market and get the financing started. It's refundable because I made sure to ask him three times before sending the deposit. For 3 weeks, It was difficult working with Brian. He doesn't pick calls. He hardly responds to messages. I had to leave work to visit him twice just to get updates on the finan... read more
