I've had a bad experience at Chinook Auto over the last few weeks. I went there to get a car. The car salesman (Brian) showed me a car, I liked it and told him I was interested. I paid a REFUNDABLE deposit to get the car off the market and get the financing started. It's refundable because I made sure to ask him three times before sending the deposit. Purchased truck back in 2023 in December.Delivered with a cracked windshield Salesman Roger said he will get back to me on where to take it as I’m from out of town……still waiting till now with no phone call and cracked windshield still

Whoever is answering the phone should seriously consider taking a customer service course. I was asking standard questions—such as about the Carfax report, accidents and mechanical inspection—and received vague, dismissive responses. When I asked for clarification, I was told the questions had already been answered, which they had not.
