We (together with our neighbours) contracted with Chinook Arbor Services recently to have a border tree removed that had lifted our driveway. Greg, Jessie and the entire team were extremely patient, polite and informative with our myriad of questions as we navigated the sometimes emotional and complex decision on how we might both repair our driveway and not harm the very old and beautiful spruce tree. we had a spruce tree up and die on us and had no idea what we were up against. after requesting a quote Chinook had someone onsite to chat about the tree and best path forward within a day. Their quote is competitive and comprehensive, readily provided evidence of insurance, and the work itself was on time, fast, and immaculate - you would never know there was a tree there at all. The field crew was friendly, punctual, and competent. These guys have been an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I touched base with Chinook arbor services, regarding an old tree that border my property. Since the tree technically wasn’t on my land I couldn’t touch it and sadly the neighbour was not interested in helping the big tree Although I wasn’t able to use their in person service they gave me some great suggestions and details on how I could hopefully allow my tree to survive and hopefully thrive again. Jessie was so helpful and I appreciated their effort so much! Hope to use them in the future! Thanks Amy!

Greg is a very knowledgeable arborist. Keenan and Karam did a great job of pruning my tree to my satisfaction. They cleaned up the yard nicely afterward. I definitely recommend to use Chinook Arbor Services for all your trees work.
