My mom and I were recommended this dentist by a friend of ours a couple of years back, Everytime I kept going to an appointment, they kept putting fillings in constantly, almost all my teeth are filled with filling, I literally thought they knew what they were doing, I trusted them, now in the present time, I can't even enjoy eating chips or anything like that cause my right molar crumbled!! Worst dentist office ever! I had a traumatic time at Chino White Dental. The staff, especially Jeanette and Jasmine, displayed a really mean and unprofessional attitude that made me feel uncomfortable and never want to come to this dentist again. Also, the dentist rushed through my appointment and simply placed a white filling over my old silver fillings instead of doing the necessary work to my teeth. I had an absolutely terrible experience at this dentist's office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was pessimistic, unfriendly, and completely unprofessional. The technician, Jeanette, was extremely aggressive with me, and her xenophobic attitude made the entire situation even worse. Keep in mind, they completely botched my dental work, and now I have to seek help from another dentist to fix the damage, and I’m going into the office in good faith that they will refund me the money I put into getting my teeth done with ... read more
