This facility is great. The staff are very personable and professional. Dr Fisher took the time to answer all my questions and communicated with me on the follow up of the MRI. My horse was very well taken care of and I hope I don't have to come back but there will be no hesitation if I do.
Dr Brauer and team did an amazing job on my 6.5 y.o. polo pony w an emergency colic surgery. She's healing well! Amazing, caring bedside manner throughout a scary situation.
Everyone at Chino Valley Equine Hospital is amazing! They took such excellent care of my horse in his time of need. (He is happily back home feeling so much better because of you!) The people who answered the phone were not friendly whatsoever. Called to get a quote on my horses surgery and the person who answered questioned why I would get surgery on this superficial horse? Didn’t feel comfortable taking my horse there as receptionist did not seem to nice. San Luis Rey on the hand was super polite on the phone and didn’t seem like I was nagging them for asking quote and time frames on my horses surgery. They just really need to be more polite on the phone to customers.
Immediate service for our colicked horse. Super responsive team met us at the trailer and took our mare straight in to start examining her. We can't thank these people enough!
