Have visited several times. Always courteous and professional. Walk-ins may have to wait, but you can schedule a time. A time slot was available on a Saturday morning within an hour, and I was seen on time today, as in the past. No wait.

Refused to provide antibiotics for my wife who has been suffering with a sinus infection for almost 3 weeks. Insisted she suffer 3 more days using over the counter remedies before yhey will offer her a much needed antibiotic. She hasnt had an antibiotic in over a year. Its not like she is asking for them all the time. Very sad medical treatment and no logical explanation. I have to watch her suffer all weekend until we can get appropriate help.

I've been to this UC several time over the past few years and they've always been very professional and I never have to wait for a long period of time. The doctor's are nice, concerned and easy to relate too.

I took my daughter here and at first it seemed very normal. Then, the doctor walked in and he seemed baffled by my appearance. He asked if I was my daughter sister. I told him “no, I’m mom.” With a smile. He made a comment along the lines wow, you look young how old are you?... you lost my respect. Right. There. I will never ever go there again!! If you have a small child that requirers stitches go to another urgent care. Bedside manor was hideous. My daughter needed 2 stitches - 1. They didn't knumb the area enough 2. Blamed my child for it hurting 3. Had to insist on knumbing again before second stitch. My little one felt the first stitch SCREAMING in pain and they tried to blame her moving for the reason it hurt! And wanted to continue without knumbing it more. I told them to knumb it again! Don't waste your time. I went and a few days later I was worse. Called to be seen again and was told to go to the emergency room even though I know it is something they could have taken care of. Kept being told by a NURSE PRACTICING that the NURSE PRACTITIONER did everything she could. And I guess I'm suppose to believe them?

Every time my wife and I have been here previously we have had a wonderful experience, however this time was the exact opposite. The PA on duty Richard Wagner was the rudest medical professional that I have ever been around. He had a very rude attitude , did not listen to what me and my wife had to say, and was trying to rush us out of the door. Quick, thorough and always professional. I know my family and I will receive exceptional service and medical assistance when we come to this PrimaCare location from the receptionist, the doctors, and nurses. Everyone always seems to go above and beyond any expectation for everyone who passes through their doors. I am so thankful for all they do.

First time there I was seen promptly, the staff is very kind and courteous... Dr. Arsiwala was awesome, Front desk Uriah is informative/aware, and the manager Ikisha was genuinely concerned with how everyone's visit went or is going...Extremely impressed!! I will return...
