spent thousands of dollars with this vet over the years only to find out they didn't consider themselves as my animal's care provider. Literally went in with a cat with an open bleeding laceration and they didn't have the time to help stop the bleeding.
My 12 year old Welsh Terrier Sadie died from pneumonia after taking her to Chino Valley Animal Hospital. When I took her back for a second visit the vet did nothing additional to help her although I told her Sadie's condition was getting worse. After Sadie had not eaten for four days and was fighting to breathe, I called for help. The RESPONSE: WE ARE TOO BUSY. TAKE HER TO THE EMERGENCY CENTER.
