Dr. Lee has been my mom's doctor for many years and through out the years, we have very much noticed how like one review person stated in these reviews that "we are like cattle" and another review person said "we are not seen as people only as another case". My mom heard the staff talking while waiting for me, say: Well looks like Dr. Lee has 27 patients today and was told if he got done quickly they would be calling stand by patients to come in. My husband had surgery here! His experience was much like others I’ve read. . Unprofessional, unwelcoming staff. I wasn’t allowed to go “back” with my husband to lend comfort while he waited for surgery. I wasn’t allowed to wait in the WAITING ROOM. His discharge instructions were handed to me and not reviewed with either one of us. The instructions were on a copied form that had been copied too many times. It was not easy to read and SO tacky! Took my wife in for a procedure, the front desk was unprofessional and said I couldn’t wait in the waiting room. They said they would call upon completion could be 2-3hrs. The waiting room was basically empty. When I got the call they wheeled her out to the parking lot. I had to ask about follow up, the girl goes oh yeah, here is her post op info. That I had to ask is unacceptable. The paperwork was basically call 911 or go to the emergency room. If this generation is going to take care of me, I’m afraid.
They took good care of me.... Thank you to the entire medical team... God's Angels work here...
