Took my wife in for a procedure, the front desk was unprofessional and said I couldn’t wait in the waiting room. They said they would call upon completion could be 2-3hrs. The waiting room was basically empty. When I got the call they wheeled her out to the parking lot. I had to ask about follow up, the girl goes oh yeah, here is her post op info. That I had to ask is unacceptable. The paperwork was basically call 911 or go to the emergency room. If this generation is going to take care of me, I’m afraid.
They took good care of me.... Thank you to the entire medical team... God's Angels work here...
My sister had a colonoscopy 4/8/2025 the front desk lady was so rude, unprofessional, not showing compassion for patients. Please if you don’t like your job, don’t be there, to try to make patients feel uncomfortable, and disrespect.
I've been there once and they were great. Going back in a couple days and have no anxiety because I know I'll be in good hands.
