Most doctors are attentive Had to receive treatment here many times for a period of time and the nurses were very friendly and most doctors were attentive, never felt uncomfortable and service was great. would recommend.
Non caring, don't listen, billing doesn't return telephone calls. Avoid these people if at all possible. When I went to their urgent care they prescribed medications that made the conditions worse. When I called back they denied what the warnings on the medications said. Thank God I found a doctor who told me to throw away their prescriptions and was able to help me at another facility. Administrator non caring and nasty This place has gone from bad to worse the interior is shabby and customer service is lacking. I had an issue with the services provided and spoke with the administrator Lisa. She was rude and clearly not interested in helping me.
Always Excellent Care & Billing Follows Procedures I have used this group for over 15 years. I have always gotten EXCELLENT care! Since my doctor is a member of the medical group their urgent care fee is charged at the same rate as an office call so I have never paid a premium regardless of the time of day or night I have visited. awful billing practice Very awful and cheap billing strategy to extract money from patients. Never on their website or in the office do they mention working hours. Neither are the working hours displayed anywhere. All the signs say is "open 24 hrs, 7 days a week". But you get charged for visiting after hours. So what are the visting hours when it is open 24 hrs. It is a Mystery neither the doctors know, nor the front desk knows, nor the Billing manager knows. Poor Care Chino Medical Group and its physicians are very very bad. They do not care. This Group was very good when they had all doctors not just PAs and 1 NP. They are non caring and very rude. Especially, the eldest doctor there. I believe his name is Dr. Lira. He has caused many problems for my family. Please do not go there if you wish to live.
Good Pediatricians The pediatrics staff was very kind and helpful. Wait time less than 15 minutes, better than most pediatric's offices. Pharmacy conveniently located in same building as the doctor's office.
