If Ron is an example of the type of employees at Chino Lock, than all the employees must be first rate, as Ron is very courteous and professional, explaining what needs to be done, giving a estimate and standing by his estimate even though the job ran over at no fault of his. I will be happy to call back for any future work I need.

Bad Service – I had unfortunate opportunity to experience my keys being locked in my car at a Chino Valley Car Wash on central in chino. They called Chino locksmith to open my car, the locksmith damaged my weather stripping, not only did he damage it he drove away without saying a word.i contacted the owner of chino locksmith, after calling and being jerked around for a month of no return calls and constantly being told they would fix my car finally they fixed it about 6 weeks later. I feel this a very poor business practice... read more

I was at the movie theater last weekend and I called Triple AAA and they sent Chino Lock & Security to help me get the keys out of the car. A gentlemen by the name Stephen serviced my car. He unlocked my car within 30 seconds. It was unbelievable! I would of never thought he was working for this company for a few months. Thanks Chino Lock and Stephan
