I used to stop at CHFBBC on my way home from work. I like the people and the program so much that I continue to go since I retired even though I live in Fontana, 18 miles away. I like the fact that I don't have to think about what I am going to work on for the day because they have it already planned for us, whether it's upper body, lower body, abs or full body. I’ve been a member for about a year, the coaches and members are so welcoming and the workouts will challenge you, but you go at your pace. It’s a great environment and all fitness levels are welcomed
