Review of Chinguacousy Wellness Centre I want to start by saying that I really like having a facility like the Chinguacousy Wellness Centre in our community, but there are several issues that I feel need to be addressed. The track is not being used properly or respectfully. There are three lanes for a reason—one for walking, one for passing, and one for running. Had a harassing experience at their front desk. Katisha at front desk was very rude, disrespectful without any reason. I just asked her a basic question in regard to scanning my membership card. and as I was passing by she made bitchy faces behind my back. When i confronted her asking for a manager or supervisor in regard to address this upsetting situation. Very organized. Small for a Wellness Center, but it has a few perks Swimming area: Lanes and a Deep Pool! Also a few classes for things like Dance, Math, and Coding. Very cold inside CWC. Swimming lessons here are a perk. No noise from the hospital when I was here.
