Booking an appointment took over 30 minutes on the phone, during which I was hung up on and had to call back just to confirm the booking. When I arrived, they had scheduled the appointment under a family member's name instead of mine, which took another 20 minutes to sort out. This is the worst clinic ever, I do not recommend this clinic. I went there twice and every time paid the fee as I don't have health card. I don't know why doctors (Dr. M. Chaharlang Bakhtiari and Dr. Ireen Girgis) are always in rush and don't listen at all. Today I went there and Dr. verbally prescribed the brand of the medicine. I had appointment for 715pm and arrived 645pm still have to till 745pm. Doctors are professional and should respect patients time.
