I only have good things to say about Eric Ching and David Seto. Both are great attorney's and know their way around law. I don't understand all these other negative reviews. If you're in need of good attorney's then are the one. If you're looking for someone who will tell you what you want to hear, look somewhere else. They aren't magicians who can way a wand and solve your problems. This isn't Howarts.
Don’t waste your time with Eric Ching.
David Seto is very knowledgeable. A golf ball hit my Tesla and I had the option to sign a release form and get the payment or wait until after repairs were done in case the costs were more. I consulted David thru my MetLife supplemental insurance and opted to do the latter. I was worried the golf company wouldn’t pay me but he reassured me and it all worked out and my Tesla is fixed! Thanks David for your wisdom!
Pragmatic, knowledgeable, and human. As a landlord always having to make judgement calls about resident interactions, I had some "what-if" scenarios to run by Mr. Ching. He quickly broke down my options both from a legal and a practical business standpoint. I also learned he is an active landlord himself which lends extra validity to his advice. Thank you! -A
