I was assigned Erik Ching through my MetLife Legal Plan for help with a property damage dispute. I had my first phone consultation and he was dismissive and extremely unprofessional. He spoke to me in a very rude, lecturing tone and with zero empathy for a situation that has already cost my family months of stress.
