I have Metlife Legal Plan, in the legal plan David Seto is listed as the referred lawyer. I called several on the list and they were the only one to get back to me. So, I when I called to setup a consultation and assistance I asked for what David as listed. When I got a call it was Erik Ching. The reviews on him are correct. Same experience with other reviewers. Rude and disrespectful people. Just aimed to rush to an end of the conversation and they don't even pretend to know the details.
I was assigned Erik Ching through my MetLife Legal Plan for help with a property damage dispute. I had my first phone consultation and he was dismissive and extremely unprofessional. He spoke to me in a very rude, lecturing tone and with zero empathy for a situation that has already cost my family months of stress.
