I need some legal advice on handling several claim charges from a rental car company. The scheduling to get a 30 min consultation was very quick, and I got to talk with David in the same afternoon. David was very helpful and patient, and pointed me to several directions, and also provided me the California Civil Codes to argue against the rental car company. The entire 30min session was very productive.
Did a consultation with Eric Ching -- this guy horrible. Flat tone, no expression, don't discuss options. Very standoffish personality... if you want someone to provide you legal advice and shows a little bit of empathy, you won't find it with this guy. what a waste of my time.
