Not very professional and very impatient. If I could choose I would not go to this doctor again.
I came in for an auditory issue and casually mentioned I had a deviated septum and was curious about my options. Dr. Tong offered to take a look, and after returning to the waiting room I was called into a separate exam room where he inserted a scope about an inch into my nose. Dr. Tong is highly skilled and knowledgeable in his field. He did extensive sinus surgery for me and from my first visit, I always felt comfortable and that I was in the best hands. He is absolutely wonderful, caring and a great communicator. Highly recommend him and his staff.
Dr. Tong is extremely knowledgeable, direct, and precise. The entire experience from the initial intake through surgery was seamless. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what to expect at every stage. He even pushed back and resolved an insurance denial before I was aware of it, which says a lot about how much he advocates for his patients. The surgery experience and post-op care were both excellent. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
