Remedial massage was fantastic. Wasn’t sure what to expect but Mandy was able to identify and focus on the problem areas in my neck shoulders and back.
Mandy has the power of knowing what you need. When I described my several issues, Mandy could relate them all to certain areas/functions and planned a treatment for me. If you’re wondering if you should try this, I’d highly recommend her treatment as maintenance, a good preventative or even a chronic matter. This is a description after the first session but have returned for further sessions because I feel so revived after these treatment!
