I've gone here occasionally as a small treat to myself, and/or friends and family. Always a positive experience. It is important to note that it's in the mall, so it's not private, despite that challenge - they do a great job of creating a relaxing environment for your massage. I wish they had more female massage therapist. I prefer it but it seems Mary is always busy and the boys meet you at the door
Ok massages. Bait and switch with the male masseuse with good hands to a female who beat my back to death and then I come across the street after being asked to and they take mom for 15 minutes and then booted us out, never got my message after 3 people wanting an hour came in, suddenly no time for me or another 15 mins for mom since they raised a 15 min massage from $15 to $20. Why even advertise 15 mins if you don't want these customers.
This has been our go to place for years! Now they have a bigger space out of the mall which is great! They do such a great job we drive from Sturgis to Portage just to get a massage here! Highly recommend them!
Love the kindness shown, and always a great massage! Love the chair massage! A hidden gem!
