My husband and I had a reflexology appointment on August 26, 2025. We left very disappointed. I have had reflexology from a man who works here. He's amazing. I felt like I was walking on pillows. Today however, my masseuse didn't find one sore spot which is completely unheard of for me. I have plantar fasciitis., tarsal tunnel, and tendonitis. Wonderful massage deep tissue was amazing and they are professional
I used to love going here but so far 2 times she made me give her $20 for a tip after I already gave her 10. That is not fair and very unprofessional and unfortunately now I will have to find another massage place! I would have continued to stay going to Helens and they would have continued getting business from me if she didn't MAKE me pay her $20 for a tip when I already gave her 10 AND spent a fortune on the massage because she asked if she could do 30 more minutes because she didnt do my feet yet! This place is horrible. Went to get a massage owner all over men. I waited 20 mins for next available massage persontwo men came in n Skipped me. I will be filing a compliant w massage license. Half ppl are not licensed
