I had to close and bag my food. The customer service was horrible.
Food was OK but service was indifferent and rude.....
I went to order my food from sansei japan about an hr before closing and went next to the Chinese Gourmet express ( same and connected to one another), asked for 2 fresh spring rolls because the one that was left looked dried out and as if it has been sitting there for a while. The representative or line cook (Maria) said no without hesitation after I explained that I would like to purchase fresh spring rolls and the reason why, when there was an hr left and I was not going to pay for old spring rolls.
