So today we visited the mall and purchased so food from here the Chinese Gourmet Express and it was horrible. So I went to tell the lady that it didn't taste right. She says no one else complained.....please tell that this is how we behave. These restaurants got to do better with quality and customer service. I won't ever buy or purchase from them again. It was nasty and not just the food.

Last Saturday i eat in there and i start get sick after day not feel good i decide go to ER and they found i was intoxicated so watch where u eat hope not one pass the same thing like me

I'm never going to order from this place again. I ordered good in person around noon yesterday (02/19/2026). The fried rice was ok the chicken was super dry and felt like it was over cooked. That's how chewy it was. I couldn't eat it and had to throw it in the trash. The egg roll was soggy and lacking in flavor. This was the only thing I eat that was not part of my normal diet. I have no issues eating at new places but to this restaurants food gave me diarrhea today. I should have looked at the reviews before eating here.
