THEY DON'T LIKE WALK-INS. I worked there recently for 6 months. A lot of patients tell me that they never see the same person when they come in. It's all because of the nurse manager, Jaime Britton. She's the reason for the high turnover. Lauren Evoniuck is great, but she HATES walk-ins. Howie has no idea what he's doing. Average patient wait time for him is over 2 hours and he is doing remedial training . They will do whatever they can to turn you away as a walk-in. You pick and choose who you will see and not. Refuesd to treat me when I couldn't get my primary to forward my records.. I should have lied and said I didn't have one. Then I could have been seen by the doctors. The practice is a joke.. What doctor refuses to see patients just because the patient couldn't get their medical records forwarded.. no thanks.
