Not good, they don't answer the phone when it's an emergency, not even in the middle of the day. My dog was dying and needed medical help, but they didn't bother to answer the phone, even after I had been ringing for 32 minutes, being the only caller. Very expensive price gouging markup on the medication. $4 retail from the local pharmacy marked up to $39. I can't recommend this place.
