I was given a script for a medication I have a reaction to , I told her this and was told to take anyway. Next visit I repeated I wasn't going to take them . On the 3 rd visit, it was written on my referral that I am taking tablets that the script was never filled and I refused to take and told the doctor this 3 times !
I seen Dr Raju Sherchan today, was not happy with the experience at all I was made to feel like I was making everything up due to not having all the pain right there and then, was then told let’s just ignore the stomach pain when I have had severe endo and surgery my whole life with cyst removed that have nearly burst. I ended up getting what I needed due to me having to be forceful. I did not feel heard
I have been going to this Medical Practice for 30yrs and have always found reception staff very helpful. Today I saw Dr Raju Sherchan, he's a new Dr here, very thorough and considerate. My wife sees Dr Nora Khan and is very happy with her as well. 5 stars everyone ✨️
Dr Singh is great, can not say the same for the reception staff - they are rude and unpleasant to have to deal with. Maybe the reception staff should do a course on professionalism
