I have been going to this Medical Practice for 30yrs and have always found reception staff very helpful. Today I saw Dr Raju Sherchan, he's a new Dr here, very thorough and considerate. My wife sees Dr Nora Khan and is very happy with her as well. 5 stars everyone ✨️
Dr Singh is great, can not say the same for the reception staff - they are rude and unpleasant to have to deal with. Maybe the reception staff should do a course on professionalism
As type 1 diabetic im sick of this practice holding my health care plan as a hostage, making my incurable disease medication 8x more expensive until I jump through their hoops. I really couldn't care less what you think would be good for me as I take great care of myself. Ridiculous to the point, im looking into legal loopholes that would be placed on discrimination to take action due to being sick of this.
