Very happy with our medical care. Dr Norah Kahn is lovely, she is caring and listens to her parients needs and concerns. Dissapointingly when following the Dr's advice about repeat scripts for regular long term medication, twice now we have had a very rude and abrupt receptionist conversation demanding we make appointments and when trying to give details I was hung up on. My whole family has used this medical practice for a long time, never had any issues with the team of doctor's we have been to see. From the receptionists, nurse's through to the doctor's have been nothing but welcoming & understanding. The doctor's my family has been seen by have been very thorough with tests etc. Highly recommend this medical practice.

I’m writing this on behalf of my friend who visited this practice who is speaks English as their second language. She visited the clinic and was treated by Dr. Pujitha De Silva and did not fulfill his duties. He said he would a blood test and a scan but only requested the blood test and then later on said she would have to make another GP apt to request the scan and since my friend does not have Medicare these costs quickly add up.
