While the actual home he builds is decent, be very werry of subs he hires for exterior work such as decks and sidewalks. Here's a deck with pt lumber just over 9 years old. Sidewalk in rough shape due to poor base and improperly installed edging.
Thank you for weed whacking at the Mill Building in Dover as usual with absolutely no regard to surrounding vehicles. This isn't the first time. No surprise they cut corners and hire people with no integrity. As if getting sued and fined by the EPA isn't enough for lead paint in the building.
My floors are molten hot every winter despite my thermostat being completely off. I have to live with the windows wide open all winter. Your maintenance crews have been useless in fixing this despite living here 6 years and many, many complaints. All they do is replace the same pump/valve and call it a day. I can't even stand in my kitchen without my feet feeling like they're on fire.
