ChinaWest is the ONLY jewelery store I go to! Paul and Kathy are awesome and so great to work with! I recommend them to anyone who is asking for a top notch jeweler. The customer service is the BEST!

I bought my engagement ring from China West jewelers. Kathy spent an incredible amount of time with me designing coming up with the concept and putting the ring together. The craftmenship, diamond and quality of my piece is incredible. When compared to other jewelers I looked at, China West stood out immensely. CW met my timeline my needs and my new fiance is absolutely in love with her ring and me! The team at China West is incredible to work with, it's no wonder they've been in Lake Geneva for nearly 50 years!
At the age of 45, I have been a customer of Chinawest Jewelers for over half my life! Paul & Kathy Yih are two of the greatest people I have had to pleasure to meet! I have over half a dozen pieces, each of them uniquely stunning & irreplaceable! I even just brought in an old piece to have recreated into two pieces for my daughter - an heirloom piece, as Kathy Yih put it. And they are gorgeous! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
