This was my first time ordering custom jewelry. I had some gold and peridot earings made, and WOW! Kathy and China West really want above and beyond. The earings are stunning and the service was excellent. I will be using them when its time for that engagement ring. 😀
Highly recommend China West Jewelers. Kathy makes you feel welcome the second you walk in the door. I had the worst experience with Kathy. The 2 times I went in all I heard about was how busy she is - on my 2nd visit I asked her why she had not returned my 4 phone calls, nor gotten back to me after 4 weeks to let me know if she could help with a piece I dropped off to make into a bracelet, She told me she is so busy this time of year and has 40-45 special orders.
