The food used to be delicious, but the last few times I have noticed a deterioration ...fewer vegetables, less Hunan taste. And no brown rice available, albeit I waited for 45 minutes for them to prepare some. I finally gave up and cancelled my order!
We ordered online for pickup, when we went to pick it up they said it was just sent out for delivery. Okay fine mistakes happen, we raced home to meet the delivery driver only to find that half our order wasn't in the bag. Called and it took over 40 minutes to get the rest of the order. The fried rice was like cooked rice with soy sauce poured over it, general tso's had no spice to it, chicken and broccoli was terrible, egg rolls were bland. I'm extremely disappointed. This has to be the best Chinese food in kansas!! (maybe a little dramatic here) Their combination plate is a great deal. You get a dish, your choice of rice, and a appetizer. Plenty for a one person. i got the beef with broccoli, chicken fried rice (no onions in the rice) and crab Rangoon. definitely coming back again!
Horrible service. I waited well over an hour for my food order. It was about $36 in food and when the driver FINALLY got there? Had $4 in change on him? Seriously? cold food and TERRIBLE service
These people are awful,after being a loyal customer for awhile,I don't know what happened but I started getting orders that were cold and when I tried to tell them about it they said they didn't care and hung up on me..not joking..only giving one star cause I have too..these people should be reported..
everything there is excellent! you have to try their crab Rangoon and dumplings, its delicious!! the cashed are so nice there too! it is truly the best Chinese restaurant I've ever been to!
I had food deliverd tonight and as I was eating the crispy things that came with the soup out came a dead ROACH!!!!! I will never eat there again!!! :S Iam only giving them 1 star decause I have to :(
this restaurnt is very clean there food is very good. espesially the gernal tso chicken and crab rangoon-mike j.
