My friends and I went for the first time and had such a fun experience! The staff were very friendly. They helped to explain everything, get us the materials we needed, and answer our questions. There is a big variety of ceramic pieces to choose from at great price points, along with many colors of paints. All of the materials were high quality. It was a quick and easy pickup process after the item was glazed. I would love to go back and make more. Highly recommend!
I have been going there for over 2 years and have NEVER had a problem. I have met some wonderful people - both staff and other customers who are now dear friends. I want to respond to the “review” from Kenneth Hozian. I was there when this “didn’t happen” like he stated. He was sitting at a table with 4 chairs - by himself - doing something on his phone - waiting for a party to end in the back room. All of the tables were full with other customers. I visited China Towne for the first time with my daughter about 3 weeks ago. We were very pleased with our experience. The lady working there was very thorough in explaining the process and what we could expect. We are signed up to take a class this week. I look forward to many visits in the future.
A fun place to go to paint something for yourself or a gift or to take a fun ceramic class! They have incredible ceramic classes and teach you step by step and many choices of things to paint. Tabitha the owner is great, Kim teaches classes too both know alot of tricks of the trade and are very good! Rae and Alexis very helpful!
