Want here for a friend's birthday and it was a calm, fun activity to do as a group. Loved the employee helping us. They were very polite and helpful. It was a little more expensive than I anticipated and I wasn't aware there was an in shop fee until check out. I understand the glaze is expensive and so is the kiln used to fire the pieces so it wasn't a huge deal. Otherwise we had a great time and it was a great activity to do with a group or even kids.
My friends and I went for the first time and had such a fun experience! The staff were very friendly. They helped to explain everything, get us the materials we needed, and answer our questions. There is a big variety of ceramic pieces to choose from at great price points, along with many colors of paints. All of the materials were high quality. It was a quick and easy pickup process after the item was glazed. I would love to go back and make more. Highly recommend!
Had a great experience at China Towne for a friends 30th birthday! Lots of pieces to choose from and decent selection of colors. The staff was attentive and friendly as well. We will definitely be back.
I have been going there for over 2 years and have NEVER had a problem. I have met some wonderful people - both staff and other customers who are now dear friends. I want to respond to the “review” from Kenneth Hozian. I was there when this “didn’t happen” like he stated. Good selection of pieces to work on. Mostly holiday themed but seasonal pieces and blank plates as well. Little charms available for everyone to try their hand and join the fun.
