Bad customer service; bad food! – Called and ordered...specifically told the lady what I wanted. Arrived to pick up food; paid. Took food to the vehicle and checked to be sure correct....was not correct. Went back in and the lady argued with me. Told them there is an online menu and I was told there is not. The owner came out and was nice, looked up the online menu and was not aware of it...which is understandable. They did correct the order, no apology. Completely ignorant – I called to place a delivery order that I have done there a few times prior. The guy tells me after 10 minutes I am too far away to deliver to. After telling him I am a repeat customer he talks to a manager and tells him to say we are just too busy to take his order. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! They would even tell me it would take an hour or so they said they just wouldnt do it.
