Ordered glasses almost three months ago. I have emailed, called, emailed again. Was told the glasses would ship at end of August and it is almost the end of September. I am starting the process of canceling and will return to leave another review after I do.
The worst online retail experience I’ve ever had. Ordered online months ago, sent four emails requesting tracking or shipping notices. Nothing. Called three times and asked for the status of my order. Twice I was told they would check on it and once they said they’d call me back that day. Nothing. Thankfully I had used PayPal and after opening a complaint, I just received my repayment of almost $500. Do not order online!
Waiting weeks for an order to ship, sent multiple emails and all have been ignored. Time to get my money back.
