This location should just be called Panda because there is nothing express about it. This is the 3rd time I wait in line for more than 15 minutes, it seems the employees prioritize take out orders over onsite customers, the rate at which people arrive is not even that high, yet they’ll have them accumulate and when it’s your turn, they are out of food and you have to wait even longer.
