This place has gone so far down hill. Andres the manager is rude and has no clue what hes doing. I won't be back
Got home and found hair in my food. This isn’t the first time it’s happened at this location, and it’s just gross. Last time I didn’t write a review, but now I’ve decidedit was worth one.
Absolutely horrible service. We usually go to this location and get the same thing everytime..teriyaki chicken with rice and super greens. Everytime, they give us the sauce packets in the bag, to add when we are ready to eat. We get our food, drive 20 minutes home and there is no sauce packets or sauce on the chicken, it's just the dry grilled chicken. We called to complain, asking for some type of reimbursement for the mistake. The manager, or whoever he was said no, that if we wanted the sauce, we had to ask for it. We tri... read more
