I made my appointment easily on the website, confirmed the date and time and the price. Day-of I came to my appointment, checked in with a lady up front but she didn't ask my name or any other information. Was shown to a room and I got situated. A lady came in but did not introduce herself. I booked a 90-minute massage with firm pressure but that's not what I received to put it mildly.
