I made my appointment easily on the website, confirmed the date and time and the price. Day-of I came to my appointment, checked in with a lady up front but she didn't ask my name or any other information. Was shown to a room and I got situated. A lady came in but did not introduce herself. I booked a 90-minute massage with firm pressure but that's not what I received to put it mildly. Booked a massage a week in advance. The reviews were very good so I thought I would try them. When I arrived she seemed surprised. I booked an hour body massage. I did get a very nice back massage and the hot rocks felt good. She did the back of my legs and arms. Someone came in and said something. (I did not understand) and she was in a hurray to get me out. When I left she locked the door and left. It wasn't a bad massage just not a complete massage. I won't go back.
