Black-owned business ❣️ I had a fantastic session with China Wright, M.S. today for my Veterans Evaluation Services. She was prompt, attentive and had a warm and welcoming demeanor . Instead of treating you like just another claim to make, she actually takes the time to get to know you as a person. Sent here by VA and had a positive experience. Dr. Wright is a sweet lady doing her job. Nothing about the place was “unwelcoming” as other reviewers may have stated. She had a cool ear diagram back in the office and walked me through everything that was happening and the procedures we were going to do.
It's with a heavy heart I share my experience at the VA evaluation clinic, which, quite frankly, left much to be desired. If you're considering this location for your evaluation, I'd strongly suggest looking elsewhere. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, almost as if judgments were passed before a single word was exchanged. If you are being sent here via third party by the VA, I recommend you request a different facility. I am fighting dearly to have the VA right their wrongs and acknowledge the hearing and ringing issues I've had since I was in the service. The facility and testing booth is nearly as old as I am and I do not believe proper methods were used to safeguard the integrity of the hearing test. There are more concerning issues I plan to address through the VA with the process used and the 3rd party selections.
