Verify your take-out before leaving. I ordered a Hunan Beef lunch special online. The order was ready on time, the cashier verified I ordered Hunan Beef, and gave me the order. I get back to work and what I got was a CHICKEN dish! I am very dissatisfied with this restaurant. I really didn't want chicken today, but heck, I ate it.
Order was made correctly however I'm not sure what was up with it, I ate a small amount of it in my car and when I got home My stomach was not having it. Not sure if it's food poisoning or just bad food either way ended up sick from it.
General-Tso chicken was rubbery and the sauce just tasted like sugar too sweet no spice to it no hot nothing like “Middle kingdom” used to make it downtown Ann Arbor but they went out of business after 30 years. They used white meat, chicken and pieces of it were like the size of your fist. Middle kingdom had an amazing sauce, but it had some spice kick to it and sweet at the same time.. Chicken rice soup not much flavor, chicken chow main, same thing. Wife like the sweet and sour chicken sauce. Crab ragoons were also good but could have been crispier.
GREAT Dark fried rice and lo mein! Honestly my favorite Chinese food spot since moving to AA.
