Love the PFR
I love this place, I have been eating here since I was a teenager and it’s always been fast, delicious and perfect every time
I'm gonna be honest, the food was okay, it was good. But the driver didn't have any change, and before that, I've gotten a call from (whoever it was) stating they didn't feel like leaving the car. And specifically wanted to deliver the food a minute away, like, that defeats the whole purpose on delivery. I've never experienced this from any Chinese delivery place, especially in Philly.
