I think it's funny that you don't know the difference between pizza hut and china hut. i think it is very strange that you have not only had one but apparently numerous bad experiences with this pizza hut because i have lived in Wellington since Oct. last year and i order pizza hut for the kids usually once a week. i have never had a bad experience. Love it the food is wonderful
Every time I place an order, I always end up waiting forever even to pick it up which I usually do. I will wait at least 10 minutes before I call to leave cause it takes another 10 minutes to get there. By that time the pizza should be done. When I arrive, I am the only one in there. Pizza isn't done. I end up waiting another 30+ minutes just to get the pizza and its greasy as can be. They don't offer any compensation cause how long I wait. They are not understaffed. The chicken wings are the best we've ever had. The lo mein is really good, and they are really fast. We've never been disappointed, never had an incorrect order, never been kept waiting.
