I love Hot & Sour soup and had frequented this restaurant many times, but not anymore. In the past, I have always gotten good Hot & Sour soup along with the buffet at this restaurant. However, the last 3x times I have been, they have burnt soup with the stagnant jelly that forms on top after sitting all day in the container. It was nasty. Worse was when I said something to the waitress who was sitting on a chair next to the bathroom, playing on her phone, she got up and stirred in the brown stagnant jelly. I was there today & the food was cold& dried out. The hot table wasn't working but they didn't tell you. I told them & they give me 10%off bull cramp. I would pay for the drinks but the food, no.. Tried to tell them & they acted like they didn't hear you...
