per their website lunch special is between 11AM to 3PM ($5.75+ TAX ) and their Dinner is all day every day for $7.95 + tax. upon paying it the lunch price is $7.95 and dinner is $9.95. Website needs to be updated. food was not fresh as well.
The General Tso's chicken was very good The chicken had a crispy coating and a thick glaze of sauce. Anyone expecting broccoli with the General Tao's will likely wish to order a steamed broccoli as a side. My order only contained a couple broccoli acting more like a garnish than a vegetable component. That said, the container was so packed with chicken and rice that the lid wasn't fully secured. Today, there was a white woman at the counter who was extremely rude. I specifically asked for only drumsticks and even offered to pay extra, but she flat out refused. Prior to this, I have ordered drumsticks all the time without any issue. It was already late, so I didn’t want to argue. However, as a paying customer, I should be able to get what I asked for if I’m willing to pay for it. This experience was very frustrating, and I will not be coming back.
I guess whoever works at the Lehigh street location cannot speak a lick of English after telling the guy multiple times “bone in” “yes I want the bone” “no boneless” because he kept asking what I want out of confusion. I guess it doesn’t help that he was also talking on the phone through head phones while talking to me. Afterwards, Proceeded to give me boneless. Best vegetable lomein I ever had. They add vegetables not like other places with just cabbage and carrots. You can also purchase sauces of your choice. Prices very good
