Eric was such a delight , very thorough and was ok with even taking a walk through the neighborhood lol I second guessed the sun for sure. Nonetheless , I had exceptional service.

First thing I will say when going through this company is please use a realtor. Our experience has shown us so many layers to this process from the sales person horrible communication to the loan officer lack of customer service to the builders slow timing. We initially tried to purchase in china grove, when that didn't pan out we were told we would be first in the nome area subdivision and that never happened.
