Embarrassing your customers is poor customer service. My boyfriend went outside to smoke a cigarette while I stayed inside and continued to eat. He told them he was stepping outside. Three employees chased him outside and wrote down my license plate number while calling the cops. Everyone in the restaurant was aware of what was going on. This was completely embarrassing.
